Eligibility for Returns

Due to the intimate nature of the products I offer, all sales are final, with the following exceptions:

  1. Damaged or Defective Items:
    • If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact me within 14 days of delivery to initiate a replacement or refund.
    • Proof of damage (e.g., photos or video) and the order confirmation are required.
  2. Incorrect Items Received:
    • If I’ve made a mistake with your order, let me know within 7 days, and I’ll make it right.

TLC Toy Replacement Guarantee

When you purchase a TLC Toy Tote, Lubricant, and Cleaner at the time of your toy purchase, I want you to enjoy your product worry-free for up to one year.

  • If your toy experiences damage not caused by normal wear and tear or misuse, I’ll replace it within a year.
  • To qualify, provide proof of purchase for the TLC items along with photo or video proof of the issue.

This guarantee ensures your confidence in maintaining and enjoying your products to the fullest.


Non-Returnable Items

For the health and safety of all my customers, I cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened or used products.
  • Intimate products, lingerie, and personal accessories.
  • Items marked as final sale or purchased during promotions.

How to Request a Replacement or Refund

If your item meets the criteria for a return, replacement, or refund, follow these steps:

  1. Email me at bshelton0321@gmail.com with:
    • Your order number.
    • A description of the issue.
    • Photos or videos of the damaged or incorrect product (if applicable).
  2. I will review your request and respond within 2 business days with further instructions.

Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of approval.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue was due to an error on my part.

Exchanges

I do not offer direct exchanges due to the intimate nature of the products. However, if you receive a defective item, I’m happy to replace it with the same product or offer store credit.


Shipping Costs

If the return is not due to an error on my part, you’ll cover the return shipping costs. I recommend using a trackable service for peace of mind, as I cannot be responsible for lost or undelivered return shipments.
